Shipping policy

Shipping Within Australia

Special rates of:
$9 up to 1kg within the ACT.
$11 up to 1kg within Australia.

All other weights are calculated as per Australia Post rates with discounts.

All orders will be paired with an Australia Post tracking number, so you know when to start stalking the postie.  This tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.  

Orders that are in stock will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days, and all other stock will be shipped within the time outlined in the product description.

The exception to this policy includes items such as Advent Calendars or Preorder Collections, which will have an individual shipping policy explained within the product description.

International Shipping

International Shipping is calculated at Australia Post rates by weight.  If you have any questions please contact us.   USA Tariffs are included and will be visible in your cart upon checkout.

Combining Orders

I am happy to combine orders, which I will do unprompted if you have two outstanding orders in my system.  I will refund any extra shipping when I process your orders.

Lost items

Obsession Yarns takes no responsibility for items lost in the mail - so please ensure the accuracy of your details including address and full name when making your purchace.  We will however, do everything within our power to ensure your delivery finds its way safely into your stash, so please contact us with any issues.

Packaging

At Obsession Yarns we try our best to make a small impact on the environment.  We use recyclable and compostable packaging from Better Packaging, and plant based tape.  We also support other amazing designers from Australia and around the world, with their gorgeous sticker and paper designs.
